IMAGES OF DESIRE
"I want to fly for a moment, reach for
my desire, freed from the weight of my body.
The imaginary flight unfolds the image, always the image of desire which I
would like to share.
A message to feel less alone. In the end, the necessity to discover that
body, incarnation of the image of desire that I dream of living.
No other solution but give in to gravity and touch, sculpt, caress, coat,
repel, attract, then expose the matter as proof of love.
Create to free myself of its absence..." |
Before you, a piece
of furniture, marquetry, some wood, a sculpture, a picture,
other materials.
The object can carry towards the subjective.
The way you look at a material and your imagination are related to your
reason;
but my hope would be that the object becomes the frame of a picture
offering a door to an elsewhere, towards an emotion... |
